Minho's Gems Unveiled: Exclusive Barcelos, Lima & Viana Tour

Nuno was the finest guide one could hope to have to discover and feel connected to the rich history and beauty of these significant areas of the Minho. We are grateful for the experience and would recommend this tour and especially Nuno to anyone with a genuine desire to explore but may be limited to a day trip. One really feels as if they experience the best of everything inside of that window of time. The lunch was magnificent, and exhilarating to try the local wine as well. It's really such a special region and I look forward to coming back and spending more time there.

Joana picked us up at our B&B in Guimarães to start the tour. It was just the two of us. Joana narrated the entire day. She is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. When Joana found out I was interested in learning more about the “Caminho”, she shared her experiences of the two times she has done the pilgrimage walk. Joana also pointed out several of the markers (arrows), an “albergue” and led us across the Ponte de Lima (which you would walk across if you were doing the “way”). We had a fabulous day and Joana explained so much, even as she was driving. We highly recommend this tour with Joana!!

Tour maravilhoso, começamos por Viana do Castelo, saboreando uma Bola de Berlin, deliciosa, especialidade da Cidade, seguindo para Ponte de Lima, com seus vinhos verdes e embutidos maravilhosos e por fim Arcos de Valdevez, linda e aconchegante cidade. Nosso Guia Nuno muito atencioso, conhecedor das histórias das cidades e sempre com vontade de nos agradar. Já fiz outros tours com essa empresa para a região do Douro, visitando várias vinícolas, dentre elas a Quinta da Pacheca, muito bonita. E também a Santiago de Compostela, guinadas pelo João Brandão, dono da Your Tours. Recomendo imenso, os preços são ótimos.
